'This is a fantastic way of boosting red blood cells and
improving general fitness, as well as of course making a critical
difference to those involved with high-altitude climbing.'

‘Fantastic.
We got pre-acclimatised to 22,000ft before we left for our
Mt. Everest expedition.
This speeded up our acclimatisation process and put us in
good stead for our summit attempt. Anyone who is serious about
getting to the top should try it’.

“The
hypoxicator was an essential part of my training before leaving
on the Mt Everest expedition. |
| I truly believe that because of the combination of intermittent hypoxic training and knowledge of high altitude practices, I showed NO signs of HAPE, HACE, or any other high altitude related illnesses until I got above 8000 meters. |

Recommended by a friend, I signed up with The Altitude Centre for Intermittent Hypoxic Training ahead of my attempt to climb Aconcagua in January 2006. The benefits of pre-acclimitisation became readily clear during my ascent and allowed me to get the most from |

my high altitude challenge. I firmly believe that IHT played a critical role in my preparations and that it was an important element in my successful achievement of the summit. I will definitely include it in future training and I recommend others to do so too. Fantastic!” |

“We’re
putting on a music gig at Everest, The Altitude Centre tested
20 of our Musician to see how they’ll cope. Let’s
just say a couple of us are coming back for pre-acclimatisation
sessions!”.

“Using
the IHT surely helped me climb Kilimanjaro at age 70. After

| “When
I purchased the hypoxicator system, it was my expectation that
it would make me stronger, faster, and prepared to quickly acclimatize
to the serious heights of world class mountains, so I wasn’t
surprised when all the above mentioned things occurred. What
shocked me however, was the intangible feeling of well being,
the amount of energy and vigour, which came as a welcome residue
of the hypoxicator. I feel as if I found the fountain of youth
as I feel better each day that goes by”. |
