What is Intermittent Hypoxic Training (IHT)?

A technique of breathing short bursts of “alpine-like”
air through a mask, alternated with room or “ambient”
air. The air changes occur every 3-5 minutes and a session
lasts approximately 60 minutes.

The word “Hypoxic” literally means reduced oxygen.
The percentages of oxygen you breathe are set at predetermined
levels (from 15-10%) to simulate conditions found at slowly
increasing altitudes; this is then alternated with breathing
room air which is 20.9% oxygen.

Rhythmical short-term fluctuations of arterial oxygen saturation
work by requiring the body to adjust, therefore producing
a training effect. The percentages of oxygen are gradually
decreased in a manner that enables safe adaptation to occur.
Once the body is adapted to breathing low oxygen air it utilises
available oxygen more efficiently. This adaptation process
takes about 15 days. The benefits can be expected to last
for up to 3 months and are subsequently maintained with 5-day
“top up” courses, or as required.
Simply relax, sit back and breathe normally through
a comfortable and hygienic mask, that's all there is to it.

Hyposic Workouts are being used by world class athletes and the Military to increase fitness. We have installed complete room systems at National Sports Institutes and publiuc gyms where there is no need to wear a mask, you simply exercise in the training environment.
You can then add two or three moderate-intensity hypoxic exercise sessions per week for maximum gains.
Hypoxic Sleep
Sleep in a moderate hypoxic environment for as long as possible.
It is recommended that you stay at least 8 hours per night to get the benefits.
