IHT
This
adaptation process takes about 15 days. The benefits can be
expected to last for up to 3 months and are subsequently maintained
with 5-day “top up” courses, or as required. Sessions last for 1 hour.
Hypoxic Workout
2-3 per week. We have devised specific training protocols for you to follow during your hypoxic workouts.
The workouts are between 20-30 minutes in length.
Hypoxic Sleep
This adaptation process takes about 15 days. The benefits can be expected to last for up to 3 months and are subsequently maintained with 5-day “top up” courses, or as required.
The Sleep Stimulus should last the whole night (8 hours)
