The adaptation process takes about 15 days. The benefits can be expected to last for up to 3 months and are subsequently maintained with 5-day “top up” courses, or as required.

IHT sessions last for 1 hour.
Sleep session should be done over 8 hours.

We recommend starting your training one month before your departure date.
