Fundamentals

As a top athlete you are striking a fine balance between training and recovery. If your recovery is too long you could be missing out on important training sessions. On the other hand, If your recovery is too short, you could be training whilst fatigued and not getting the full benefits from your training.

Now it is possible to add additional hypoxic training sessions to your existing schedule without overloading your system. The result, you’ll feel less fatigued and will recover quicker, which may mean you can increase your training intensity and move up a gear.
