Anyone and Everyone. If you or a member of your team get injured they should take advantage of hypoxic training. No exercise is required. They can maintain peak fitness and even improve upon it. A passive hypoxic workout is arguably one of the most powerful cardiovascular workouts you will ever do, you simply do not notice it.
