Nick Hart

Having played most sports at a young age, Nick knew he wanted to follow his dream and have a career in Sport & Exercise Science, studying at Loughborough University, and graduating in 2019.

It was at Loughborough that Nick furthered his love for competition and transitioned into the sport of triathlon, ranging from the Sprint through to the 70.3. With the help of altitude training, Nick will go one step further to the full Ironman distance in the coming years.

Professionally, Nick works with our cyclists, triathletes, and high altitude mountaineers, providing bespoke coaching and sport science support to help them on the road to achieving their goals. Whether first time triathlete, or 8000m climber, Nick has got your training covered.

Personally, he’s been racking up PBs after putting in the hours in the chamber, and has plans to get back into the mountains in 2023 after a busy 2022 wedding planning and honeymooning!

Catch Nick in the chamber to chat all things sport, altitude and performance!

Greatest/Proudest Sporting Achievement:

Top 10 and winning my age group at my first 70.3 event (and going under 4hr 25!)

Challenging adventures at altitude:

Climbing Kili and watching the sun rise over Serengeti. Beating a few pro cyclists up Sa Collabera in Mallorca runs it a close second.

Favourite meal upon returning from altitude:

Steak and chips (and a cold Pint!)
