Performance Specialist

Lizzie Clarke

Sport has been a staple in Lizzie’s life since a very young age, participating in many endurance sports that have provided her with incredible opportunities including altitude camps in Font Romeu, and partnerships with very prominent sporting brands! After competing to a very high level as a runner, Lizzie had to take a break due to injuries, but wasn’t content with that being the end. She took the time to explore other sports, and re-establish an overall healthier relationship with sport – and many sports at that!

It wasn’t until spending a year studying Management at the University of Bath, that she realised her desire to understand more about high performance sport and the incredible adaptations our body can go through to reach our sporting goals, and decided to transfer to Sports & Exercise Science to follow that drive!

While working at The Altitude Centre, Lizzie is hoping to re-ignite her running journey. She plans to use the chamber to accelerate fitness in aim of some speedy 10k’s, while supporting like-minded athletes with their goals, and finding out more about what there is to explore in the trail running community!
