After the success of our camps in London, we’re rolling out an altitude training camp in the Midlands with our friends at Rigs Fitness.
Our 6-week altitude training camp will be kicking off upon the re-opening of gyms in England, so that you can shake off the lockdown cobwebs and boost your fitness!
As part of the camp, you will receive a pre- and post-training consultation, and 2-3 Personal Training sessions with Performance Specialist Meg each for the duration of the 6-week camp, all taking place at altitude.
Whether a runner, cyclist, boxer, fitness enthusiast, footballer, mountaineer or just looking for some wellness benefits, we’ll tailor the consultation and training to your needs.
