Topping out at 2758m above sea level (around 15% O2 and the same as our hypoxic chamber), the riders tackled the Stelvio pass – a gruelling 24.7km climb, at an average of 7.5% incline.
Jai Hindley came out on top, winning the stage, but there is a long way to go with another 3 stages (including today) to go, and anything can happen!
