Lower Body Strength Session for Trekking

Check out Rosa’s Lower Limb strength session designed to build strength for trekking.

This session involves now equipment at all, and builds strength in the legs to help you cope with back to back days on the mountain, to get you challenge ready.

Try to complete this session 3 times through, and twice a week. If your short for time, just tag the 15-minute session on to the back of a training trek or hike!
