Following the brilliant London 2012 closing ceremony the Olympic flame was ceremoniously extinguished, marking the end of the 17-day sporting extravaganza which saw many Olympic heroes emerging.

GB’s own hero Mo Farah, won two Gold medals in the 10,000m and 5,000m finals this year and like many medal winners of the games, Mo did months of altitude training prior to the Olympics. This includes his usual training in Iten, Kenya as well as sleeping in a simulated altitude tent right up to the last day of his Olympic event to ensure he gets the full benefit of his altitude training.
