This month The Altitude Centre takes centre stage in a six-page feature on altitude training in October’s issue of Cyclist Magazine.

Using our Sleep System as the backdrop to the article, the piece covers the importance of altitude training, even as an amateur.

Featuring advice from The Altitude Centre founder, Richard Pullan, it also covers the opinion of hypoxic training from those in elite cycling, such as Belkin’s pro-cycling team performance manager Louis Delahaije and Ferran Rodriguez of the National Institute of Physical Education in Barcelona.

The article gives a fascinating insight into how to train leading up to minor races as well as major tours. It also gives a very informative overview of the benefits of various altitude training paradigms, such as live high, train low.

The October issue of Cyclist Magazine is out now, and check us out on page 88.
